Level 3 Services America, LLC is a woman/veteran owned rope access training center located in Spring, TX founded by Lisa and Tony Cruz. Lisa has over twenty years in the Rope Access industry, including over sixteen years of training. We offer Level 1, 2 and 3 SPRAT Rope Access Training and Evaluations.
